Your significant other will NOT be allowed to attend any Four Rooms activities, business related or not, without purchasing an additional ticket. We have to pay for every single person regardless of what parts they are attending, and Four Rooms Mastermind is not available to cover that cost for you (as much as we would love to!).

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is the best airport to fly into. The airport is approximately 23 minute drive away from the hotel.

Since you’re going to be living the life at one of Austin’s world-class hotels, you won’t need to bring much. But here’s what we recommend to make your event and stay the best yet:

  • Best note-taking device (computer preferred, wifi available)
  • Thumb drive (with the funnels & materials that you want to go over at the event)
  • Casual attire (dress for comfort and coolweather) + attire for our themed dinner & events. Details in event preparations email
