Going Deep From Day One
We kick things off with a masterclass taught by one of the top leaders in transformational development, David Bayer. David will spend the morning diving deep into what it takes to make real change in your life, how to become a better leader, and how to use cutting-edge science to achieve your biggest goals.
In the afternoon we switch from expansive, growth-minded thinking to all tactics and practical applications. Work with experts like Molly Pittman and her team while they review your content strategy for 2025, or with a deep dive into alternative investment strategies with wealth advisors to luminaries like Tony Robbins, and Jerremy Newsome.
During your time with us, we provide delicious meals for lunch and dinner and will have tons of snacks and drinks for you in between.

FEBRUARY 22
GETTING YOUR HANDS DIRTY
Cementing the Transformation
We continue to follow the theme of transforming our lives and our companies with the former pastor turned serial entrepreneur and widely sought after coach to 9 figure founders and celebrities, Cody Jefferson. Cody will lead us through some powerful exercises around our identity, shifting our beliefs, and how to lead your family, your team and yourself in a way that you are proud of.
After lunch, we are back to tactics with all of our experts…and we are covering everything from Ai to tax mitigation strategies. Our experts are there to pour into you, and they are all 8 and 9 figure business owners.
We will head out to a mansion for a delicious catered dinner, and spend the night hanging out at the pool or playing pickleball.
DAY 3
FEBRUARY 23
HANGOUT DAY
Hangout Day at the Mansion!
Our signature hangout day is our member’s favorite time. We will kick it off with an epic brunch spread and during the day have some optional panels (for those that want more content) and hot seats. If you don’t want to do that, feel free to swim in the lazy river while the bartender gets you drinks or film a podcast with someone cool at our podcast studio.
Our experts will be there on the hangout day as well, which means if you have some follow up questions or selfies you want to take with them, there is plenty of time to do that.
We open up our hangout day to local entrepreneurs that we feel like our community would love to meet, which gives you even more amazing people to mingle with.
The day ends with entertainment and dinner, and some of us might stay later and hangout until they kick us out! If you can stay until the next day that is ideal, or leave as late as you can.

For the last 7 years, we have sold out every single event by nomination from other community members or personal invitations from our founder, Amber Spears, who is known as one of the world’s top connectors. For the first time, we are opening up our community to applications. This means this is a highly curated room, where only the best and brightest are invited or selected to attend–and we are highly selective. We deny those who aren’t the right fit, as we cannot guarantee their return on investment or time.
